Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the 360s Administration Screen

Follow these steps to display the 360s Administration Screen.

To view the 360s Administration Screen, you must belong to a group with access to the 360s Administration feature. On the Features Screen Administration > Global Settings > System Administration > Features, expand the Performance » 360 section and select 360s Administration, and/or 360 HRBP Administration » 360s Administration.

To display the 360s Administration Screen:

  1. Click to display the Administration screen.
  2. In the Performance > 360s section, click 360s Administration.
    The 360s Administration screen displays all active 360 assessments, by employee. Click Filter to refine this listing. Click the arrow to the left of an employee name to expand a list of active 360 assessments.
